On today’s show I have a true idol of mine, the psychologist and New York Times Best Selling author Dr Rick Hanson. He has been a true leader in the entire positive neuroscience movement and I have spent years reading his books (Hardwiring Happiness, Resilient, Buddha’s brain, Just one thing and his latest Neurodharma). 


I couldn’t recommend his work more! We speak about whether science and spirituality can exist together, what positive neuro-plasticity is and how this discovery proves no one needs to feel stuck and that change is always possible. We talk about practices that can help us develop inner strengths, gain resilience and live happier. Rick shares wisdom, decades of research and simple tools to help us enjoy life more and focus on the things that make us smile.
