By Poppy Jamie

In this very special episode, world leading expert Dr. Jud Brewer talks us through how we can protect our mind from collective fear, identify addictions and ways to break through them and why kindness is the answer. This unique scientist bridges the gap between old age wisdom and science, and he has spent the past 20 years studying the data to show that ancient philosophy isn’t just theory but when practiced, it can have significant results. Dr Jud is the Director of Research and Innovation at the Mindfulness Center as well as a professor at the School of Medicine at Brown University. His Ted talk has had over 9 million views about habit formation, his books are sold globally and apps help thousands stop smoking, emotional eating and anxiety. Today we are going to focus on how we can use this change corona virus has given all of us as something that can potentially positively affect us.
