Lauren Mahon on Life after Trauma

By Gemma Styles

This week on Good Influence we're talking about life after trauma; separating yourself from your circumstances, creating boundaries with others and trusting the process of recovery.

Lauren Mahon is a campaigner, broadcaster & podcaster. She founded the platform 'Girl vs Cancer' after her own breast cancer diagnosis, and since her recovery has continued to raise funding and awareness for the cancer community, as well as lending her voice to other issues affecting women and mental health.
