Yesterday, just days after they ousted and removed Tennessee State Representative Justin Jones from office, the City of Nashville voted to return him RIGHT BACK. And it was a GLORIOUS sight to behold. After being sworn in before a crowd of THOUSANDS of people, Justin Jones, Black power fist raised in the air, marched right back onto the floor of the legislature, into the belly of the beast, in front of dozens and dozens of evil white men who voted to remove him. And they HATED IT.These men just made Justin Jones into a national hero. Let me unpack and explain it.
