Hannah’s also a mum of two and the author of Yoga Happy, a beautiful inspiring book which shows you how to find your energy, reduce stress, get a good night’s sleep and even ease a headache!


We chat about how she uses yoga and meditation to deal with the chaos of family life, how to start small and introduce small changes into your daily routine and how you can do yoga without even rolling out a mat (yes, really!)
