The government may have to raise the state pension age to 70 by 2050 due to pressure on the public finances. Ian King is joined by Carl Emmerson, Deputy Director of the Institute for Fiscal Studies - who says nine in ten workers are saving less than needed for a decent standard of living in retirement.
