Ep.39 "The Aim Is Not To Have Fun, The Aim Is To Be Rich" The Reality Of Serial Entrepreneurship With Debbie Wosskow

By Grace Beverley

Debbie Wosskow is recognised as one of the most prominent serial entrepreneurs in the UK. She is the founder and former CEO of Love Home Swap, the world’s largest online home exchange platform which is where she made her name in the industry. Her current venture, AllBright, is Britain’s first-ever member’s club for women, and a place for women to connect, upskill and network both in person and online.

As an angel investor, Debbie has an investment portfolio of several female-founded businesses (including TALA) and is outspoken about the gender imbalances in entrepreneurship. She has become a trailblazer for female empowerment and digital disruption, and in today’s episode, Debbie shares her insights on how she set up and scaled several successful startups, drawing on how brands can incorporate digital technologies into their running. We also talk about how companies can meaningfully enact feminism within their brand, bringing to light the power of community and female inclusion in the male-dominated tech industry.
