The Trial of Lucy Letby is back after the Christmas break with an interview with Mark Hanna, one of the editors of McNae’s Essential Law for Journalists - the book considered to be the ‘bible’ of media law for reporters. Liz and Caroline chat to Mark about the legal tightrope they are treading to bring listeners the podcast – one of the first to cover an ongoing legal case – each week.

Next week, Liz and Caroline will be back with details on what the jury are expected to hear over the coming days about the next baby in the case, Baby H, as the trial resumes for the new year.
