Dr. Tara researches and teaches thousands of people around the world on how to achieve mental resilience and peak brain performance. Today we are talking about the power of rest and how it's an essential component in supporting our brain, our dreams, and helping us live the life that we want to that rest to something that we often feel so guilty about. Rest is something that we should prioritise, and when we don't do so, it hurts us so greatly.
