The Role of Mentorship For The Black Youth

In this episode, Arnold speaks on the role of mentorship in the Black youth, addressing historical Barriers that have disproportionately affected the Black community resulting in limited access to opportunities. He emphasises the importance of nurturing self-confidence in young Black individuals, helping them in acknowledging their values, capabilities, and strengths.
