Lizzie Webb is best know as “Mad Lizzie”, the fitness expert from TV-AM’s Good Morning Britain during the 80s and 90s. She introduced daily exercise to millions and her exercise and dance videos rivalled the film star Jane Fonda’s output. Lizzie is responsible for the children’s character, Joggy Bear, and both Lizzie and Joggy starred in their own TV shows on Channel 4. She now tours with Joggy, running fitness classes and stage show across the UK. She’s written her autobiography, Mad About The Boys, fame fitness and teaching London’s toughest kids .
