Are you a rat on the wheel who needs a break? Need something that makes your existence fulfilling outside of your employment? You are not in solo company. The BWW team talk about how finding and developing pursuits outside of our work have enriched and expanded us, and how sometimes that has fed into our professional work. We know it’s not easy - the older we get, the more “Adulting” puts it’s hard hand on our shoulder, and the “pressure is getting worser”. But also can we discuss how finding your passion doesn't mean you need to turn it into a business? Sometimes just do things for enjoyment and personal nourishment, nothing else. Don’t let the hustle/boss babe culture that prevails on social media pressure you to make draining decisions.
