It’s a slightly different affair today, as Kate heads to Chelsea’s hottest new pub to speak to its owner - who also happens to head up his own restaurant empire, have an honorary doctorate in philosophy and was recently on holiday with Kate. It’s legendary chef, Tom Kerridge!
