Everton’s run in the Carabao Cup came to a disappointing end in the week, however there is plenty still to be positive about.  The Toffees have won four successive Premier League matches in a row and head to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium aiming to make it five.  Everton left-back Vitaly Mykolenko is back in contention after missing two games through injury. Seamus Coleman is "touch and go" to feature, while Ashley Young and Abdoulaye Doucoure remain out.
