Nottingham Forest have decided to appeal their Premier League points deduction which they were handed last week for breaching spending rules.The four-point penalty saw them sink into the bottom three with nine games of the season remaining, however a successful appeal could have a major impact on Everton’s final league standing.  Host Ian Croll is joined by Paul Wheelock and debutant Luke Davies to discuss the latest on all of the above.  Also on the agenda is Everton’s prospective takeover by 777 Partners.
