Constance Marten and Mark Gordon: The jury retires

In this episode Caroline and Jack bring you the moment the Judge, Mark Lucraft KC sent the jury out to start their deliberations. After more than three months of hearing evidence the decisions are now up to them. Before he did this he reminded the jury of the key evidence in the case and what they need to consider during their deliberations. Legal expert David Banks also walks us through why this is now the most sensitive part of the trial process.
