E.67 From Brisbane to London; Emily Brogan talking all things food, Australia and being Gay

This week I am joined in my kitchen by Emily Brogan the Australian girl from Brisbane who has moved to London and is a viral TikTok content creator who is renowned for her videos where she compares Australian culture to London culture.

Emily Brogan currently has 269.7K followers on TikTok and 10.3K followers on Instagram.

I was really looking forward to talking to Emily because all of her videos on TikTok involve food, although Emily isn't necessarily talking about food itself, she is preparing food at the time of chatting so I wanted to dive into what Emily's relationship with food is like and also how London differs from Australia in terms of supermarkets, brands and overall culture.

Emily also always prepares healthy clean food and so I wanted to learn more about her journey to eating clean and where that comes from.

Lastly, Emily is also really open about being Gay and as London Pride was celebrated last Saturday this conversation seems extremely relevant where we discuss how Emily knew she was gay, how she told her family and friends and how it is coming to a new city being Gay.

This was a truly honest conversation and a great chit-chat about all things food, culture and relationships
