Read's attorney questioned Bukhenik about "flirtatious" text exchanges between Read and Brian Higgins, an agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, who was present at a restaurant where the couple drank the night before O’Keefe's demise and at the location where O’Keefe was later found in the snow.
