As episodes go, this one swings hard. From the the importance of speaking your darkest thoughts,      Jon's love of systemising and the possible existence of multiple soulmates. And yes, I mentioned my gorgeous conversation with <a href="https://instagram.com/donnaashworthwords?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==">@donnaashworthwords</a>. 😉 Most importantly though,  we reflect on the heart-wrencher that was Lori's (excellent) episode, (there's a clip for those that are catching up ).  Talking to her, hearing the words I had blocked from my memory echoed back was hard, obviously, but it genuinely feels like we took another big step forward together.  She really is a wise lady.
