Aceh ten years after the Indian Ocean tsunami

Aceh in Indonesia was hit hardest by the Indian Ocean Tsunami ten years ago, which left 160,000 people dead as the entire coastal plain was devastated. Aceh was also the destination for one of the biggest reconstruction efforts ever mounted by the international community. Ten years on, Ben Bland, the FT's Jakarta correspondent, went there to look at the results. He tells Shawn Donnan what he found.
