Aicha McKenzie is a former British gymnast, model and dancer who is also the CEO of AMCK Management, which founded AMCKDANCE in 2005, AMCKMODELS in 2008, and AMCKFIT in 2017. Her story goes from McKenzie becoming the first black woman to win her category in the 1994 Commonwealth games, as a rhythmic gymnast, aged just 17, to choreographing at the London 2012 Olympic Games and leading three global brands.
