I was never a very active person. To be honest, I spent most of my life working extra hard to avoid physical activity. Here's the thing, working out is really hard. And it really sucks in the beginning! From losing over 75 pounds to becoming a runner, here's what I've learned about falling in love with the fit life, becoming a runner, and not hating your life along the way.
