Colts Cast: Colts trade out of first round; What's left early in round 2?; First round recap

The Indianapolis Colts came into the first round with a pick slotted at No. 26, and left Thursday night without using it. Day 1 of the 2019 NFL Draft came with a few surprises, but the Colts trading back wasn't really one of them.  On the other hand, the discussion of whether or not Chris Ballard received enough compensation for that No. 26 overall selection is worth having. Additionally, we saw the opposition in the AFC South improve, especially defensively, and the Colts still have the No. 2 pick in the second round to upgrade wherever they'd like to on Friday.
