It is knowing exactly what you are going to deliver and achieving it
Quality is turning up every single day to deliver and organising your life to be able to do this.
Sacrifice – is something you’ve got to want to do and it only comes to light that you’ve done enough after the fact.
Having a plan that you can refer to will help you to know why you are sacrificing something.
Even in the good times founders are looking forward to the next 5 years and working out what the next move should be.
We spend a lot more time with our potential founders, so that when we make a judgement we are well informed.
