There are 3 phases to building a business;

Phase 1, getting to your first 50k -  it’s what it takes to have a consistent income and secure your first customers. Phase 2,  getting to 6 figures - this is about having the strategies and tactics to grow to the 6 figure level with multiple products. Phase 3, getting to 7 figures – effective scalability with the creation of an effective team and the right systems and processes to accelerate your business. In the first phase establishing yourself as a specialist is the quickest way to grow your profile. Networking is the quickest and simplest way to get your message out there and build your contacts. When you move to 7 figures you will need to use a mass marketing approach. In phase 1 have one product or service, it’s easier to sell and will get you started fast. In phase 2, have an entry-level product along with a mid-price program and then a premium program. A strategy is doing the right thing at the right time. Which strategy should you implement right now? People often lack a connection between their vision and their day to day activities You should have a vision but plan one month at a time in phase one, as you move to phase 2 and 3 you will need to plan further in advance. It’s about using the appropriate strategy for the phase of growth you are in
