It’s time for a new season, where Claudia Winkleman and Professor Tanya Byron meet a different guest each week who has an issue that they are struggling with. Professor Tanya speaks to them in a one to one session and Claudia asks questions in the breaks.

Claud and Tan aim to unlock the challenges facing our guest and help them to move to a place of clarity. This season we look at challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, surprise DNA tests results, sexuality, grief and trauma.
