Things that are outside of your control Planning should be done on an annual basis and reviewed quarterly This is the auditing process for the organisation, the answers to the six questions provide the information for the next step in the process Getting really clear on the biggest issues and priorities means you can create a really effective plan This is the prework that feeds into the planning process, it’s this process allows you to be strategic

Nick dropped out of university at the age of 21 and failed spectacularly with his first coaching business, which forced him to take a £16k/yr telesales job.
