Star Hobson: A life cut short by ‘a monster’

Star Hobson was 16 months old when she was murdered by her mother's partner Savannah Brockhill. Her mum, Frankie Smith, was convicted of allowing her death. Her aunt, Alicia Szepler, has spoken exclusively to Sky News.
