Sam Heughan

Today we are joined by Scottish Actor, Entrepreneur and Best Selling Author - Sam Heughan. 

Sam has been in movies such as Bloodshot and SAS: Red Notice, but he is best known for playing Jamie Fraser in the popular drama series, Outlander.

When Sam isn’t busy playing the role of a Scottish Soldier and Landowner, he's pouring his energy into his successful Whisky Brand ’The Sassenach’, and a global movement he founded called ‘My Peak Challenge’.

Sam founded My Peak Challenge with the aspiration to educate and inspire members to live healthier, happier and more balanced lives. 

Which is why we are delighted he’s on today’s episode. A keen runner (who never wears thermals) Sam is on RunPod to tell you that if he can find the time to run, anyone can!
