It was a passenger plane shot out of the sky over conflict in Ukraine in 2014.

Eight years on, three men have finally been convicted of murdering the 298 people on board Flight MH17. But they didn’t fire the weapon and none is likely to ever serve jail time.

So, for the families of the victims, has justice really been done?
