Since Elon Musk became the self-proclaimed Chief Twit the company he bought for $44 billion ($35.7 billion) has rarely been out of the headlines.
A free speech absolutist, Mr Musk announced: "The bird is free."
But ITV News has new evidence suggesting hate speech on the platform has risen at an alarming rate since the purchase.
