He currently works as a neighbourhood officer, which means his job can vary from discovering drug dens, to listening to people complain about their fences. Marcus also was diagnosed with autism within the last year, and he speaks very openly about how this effects and enhances his role as a policeman, and how he would like to make the police force more neurodiverse.
