Boston is the 23rd largest city in America, with a population of almost 700,000. A diverse, and very young city, <a href="http://www.bostonplans.org/getattachment/9c0e483e-db5a-4d6e-8e7d-7a60f7ca73ff">Boston has the highest percentage of 20-34 year olds of the top 25 largest cities in America</a>. But challenges with <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzmUjHiYn7I">racial inequality</a> in Boston persist.
