“I don&apost really think about the fact that I&aposm a woman in football. What I think about is that I&aposm someone who works in the industry and I happen to be a woman. I appreciate that I have a huge responsibility as a role model for other women out there and for girls that want to think about a career and maybe aren&apost considering football because they see that it&aposs not accessible.”
