Your home for my pre-approved (or all cash), highly motivated buyer clients. Describe your buyer's needs and price range as well as their desired communities.   Example: WANTED! Your home for my all-cash, very motivated buyer clients. This family is looking for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home ideally in Albany Woods. A fenced backyard is a plus. Flexible closing date!
