Public Rejecting EV's, Demise of the Sports Section, California & Child Trafficking

By Radio America

Hillsdale College Radio General Manager and Radio Free Hillsdale Hour Host Scot Bertram is in for Jim today. After a quick discussion of ethics concerns over the Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor's staff working to push her book sales, they applaud the independence of the American consumer for buying the vehicles that work best for them - and that means not many of them are buying electric vehicles for a lot of good reasons. They also shake their heads as the New York Times kills is printed sports section altogether and the Los Angeles Times will not longer have game stories, box scores, or standings - you know, the sports content that actually matters. Finally, they recoil as Democrats in California reject legislation to require stiffer penalties for trafficking children. The left is also trying to reduce interest in the anti-trafficking film "Sound of Freedom." But why?
