Lorna is one of the leading skin and haircare formulators in the UK (I would happily bet that most of us own something made by her and her incredible team of scientists) and having started her lab Enkos Developments in her mid-20's is also celebrated in the industry as being someone who has achieved a hell of a lot at a very young age.
Lorna and I discuss how she got into beauty formulation and why it makes her so happy. We also chat about the influence that Korean beauty innovation has on her work, why she is always discerning when it comes to ingredient manufacturers and why the future of beauty is so unbelievably exciting.
