Gary explains that after the loss of his mother and the birth of his child, he realised that time with family and a sustainable work-life balance are more important than growing a large business quickly. He now focuses on identifying the highest priority tasks each week and implementing them to make progress over the long term, rather than constantly sprinting. Gary aims to build an 8 figure business while still having time for family activities and holidays. Ash asks Gary about some of the obstacles he faced when making this shift in perspective and priorities.
