She’s trying to decide whether she should find another investor to work with and get a high-end HMO or to invest in a standard buy-to-let.  (3:57) Joshua has a question on the Renter’s Reform Bill, specifically on the new suggested pet regulation. At the moment, he allows pets, but he likes to vet them first. Now he’s wondering, with the new regulation in mind, how could he refuse certain pets.
