(0:44) Marcus is looking to expand his portfolio and he’s wondering if it’s time to move away from his usual strategy of buying desirable properties in desirable areas. He usually focuses on these properties as he knows they’re good for capital growth, but whilst rates are high, he could be making a loss. So, is it time to switch us his strategy?  (3:54) Harry is working in London and he’s looking to buy a property in a few years. He’s wondering, if he lives in the property and rents out one of the rooms, will he need a buy-to-let mortgage or a residential mortgage?
