How much is too much legal migration?

The home secretary, James Cleverly, has announced a five-point plan aimed at delivering the “biggest ever cut” in net migration to the UK. James looks at how different sectors might be impacted. We hear from Lord Bilimoria, Founder and Chairman of Cobra Beer, Crossbench Peer and Vice President of the CBI who thinks this is an “economically illiterate” plan. And Nadra Ahmed, Chair of the National Care Association, who insists this will only heighten staff shortages.
