On July 25, 1989, 14-year old Carrie Moss, wearing a one-piece swimsuit, stone-washed jeans, and a white t-shirt, hopped on her bike and pedaled off to meet friends for an afternoon at a popular Goffstown, New Hampshire swimming hole.
