The government today announced a ban on zombie knives - but is this going to solve the problem entirely when youth centres and services have been cut. Labour have announced a £100million plan to bring together youth services under one hub which they'd implement when they get into the power. But, overshadowing all of this is the spring budget - the Institute for Fiscal studies published a report suggesting whoever wins the election will inherit the worst government finances in 70 years, especially if they Chancellor decides to cut taxes in the budget.
