Early season baseball games are all about the feeling out process for a coaching staff and roster and playing in high intensity, high leverage games aids in speeding up the process and progress of a team. North Carolina head coach Scott Forbes joins Inside Carolina’s Tommy Ashley and Matt Clements for This Week in UNC Baseball to discuss the positives and the work that remains following the showcase series against East Carolina. The Diamond Heels face VCU and Longwood midweek before the Princeton Tigers come calling in Boshamer Stadium for a three game series beginning on Friday.
