Blocks are something that can occur in many different areas of our lives. We know that we can have blockages in our bodies, in our GI tracks and our digestion. We can feel blocked mentally and emotionally. There is also feeling blocked spiritually from being able to connect with ourselves where our energy can feel blocked. As we go into fall and there's this shift in energy, and it's starting to get windier and colder, it's very important that we focus on removing blocks because we want our energy to flow and we want to feel in flow.
