(0:42) Sylvia’s thinking about investing in Kent’s district, rumoured to be an up-and-coming area undergoing regeneration. But she's wary about the truth behind these whispers and the time it may take for the investment to pay off. Today she’s turning to Rob & Rob for their expertise on regeneration projects.  (4:15) Becca aims to kick off her property journey by flipping properties with her partner and potentially other investors in the future. She wants to know the best way to structure the company so profits are fairly distributed, as she'll be putting in the cash while her partner does most of the labour.
