Speaking up on mental health

Mental Health Awareness Week is being recognised worldwide, as well as the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia.

We heard from Tony Cealy, Lloyd Curtis, Errol Thompson, Sharmone Preddie and Yusuf Muhammad from The Black Men's Consortium. We also speak with therapist and founder of Find A Balance, Samantha Grant, then 1Xtra’s Kaylee Golding joins us from Birmingham.
