Kay, a Samaritans listening volunteer who trained to support others after personally experiencing the life-changing help Samaritan's offer, joins Happiful's podcast.  Kay shares the story that led her to pick up the phone to this wonderful organisation, what she realised about the work they do and her hopes for everyone listening to this podcast.
